REFUND POLICY
Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase except as required by law or as otherwise specified by the seller. Ticket exchanges may be permitted under certain conditions, in which case fees may apply.
 
ACCESSIBLE SEATING
There is wheelchair accessible seating available in both The Salon and the Elisabeth Murdoch Hall. Once bookings open later in 2008, the Box Office can assist patrons with selecting seats that best meet your individual needs. ACCESSIBLE TOILETS
There are accessible toilets located on the Ground floor (Salon, Cafe, Box Office), level 1 (Stalls of Elisabeth Murdoch Hall) and level 2 (Circle of Elisabeth Murdoch Hall) of the Centre.
 
VISUAL ASSISTANCE
Complimentary audio and large print program sheets
Free program sheets will be distributed at all MRC Presents performances at Melbourne Recital Centre. Large print versions of these free sheets will also be available. Melbourne Recital Centre will also release audio versions of program notes for downloading from our website.
 
BRAILLE ON INTERNAL SIGNAGE
Key service signs in the venue are also presented in Braille.
 
HEARING ASSISTANCE
Free program sheets will be distributed at all MRC Presents performances at Melbourne Recital Centre, and for other events when possible.
An Ampetronic Induction Loop amplifier is available to the Stalls of the Elisabeth Murdoch Hall.
 
COMPANION CARD
Companion Card is a program administered by the Department of Planning and Community Development on behalf of the Victorian Government. Melbourne Recital Centre accepts the Companion Card for all events at the Centre. Companion Card holders are eligible to receive a complimentary ticket for their carer. To book your seats using the Companion card, please contact the Box Office on (03) 9699 3333 or boxoffice@melbournerecital.com.au, once bookings open in 2008.
